Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed after 12 hours of order placement and cancellation requests shall be considered when made within 12 hours after placing the order. Our products are fabricated on order basis, once product is in fabrication process then cancellations are not allowed. No cancellations shall be entertained for products has offered for special occasions like Diwali, Valentine’s Day, etc. Cancellations shall not be possible for these are time limited occasion offers. Our Customer Service Team will inform you at the earliest if your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled after your credit card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back to your Card Account.
