Return and Refund Policy
We deliver always very new products to our customers for their satisfaction, hygiene as nobody wants to use old products. So We DO NOT accept returns and/or replacements in cases of damaged and defective or incorrect product being delivered to you. We will replace certain products within 48 hours from the date on which these goods are delivered. This only applies to the product received in damaged condition. Please do not accept delivery of any item whose outer packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Contact customer support (firstname.lastname@example.org,email@example.com) immediately. Products damaged while being used do not qualify for a replacement or exchange. You may claim a refund, return or exchange your purchased items when they are damaged or defective within 3 days of receipt of the items, 100% free of charge.
Mode of Return
You may contact our Customer Care within 3 days of having received the product and request a replacement/exchange, subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions. Once the Customer Care team agrees to process the replacement/exchange subject to receipt of the products at our location in unused condition and in its original packaging along with the invoice. You are requested to send us the products you plan to replace/exchange via courier to the below mentioned address with all the documents and packaging required to receive a replacement/exchange Shipping Charges and 20% handling charges are not refundable and estimate time for returns is 10-15 days business days.
